With over 30 years of experience in early childhood education, Dr. Daphne Fudge is a leading expert and consultant dedicated to elevating the quality and success of early childhood programs across the nation. She’s a national trainer for accreditation in early childhood education (Staff Credential), and serves as the primary Head Start and Child Care Consultant for Your1Resource Consulting, LLC. Dr. Daphne is also a sought-after national keynote speaker, known for her motivational and engaging presentations at conferences and events.


ELYSE GONZALES
Elyse brings 20 years of customer service experience to the team, with a strong background in Human Resources and Early Childhood Education. With her degree in Business Administration, she is proficient in analyzing processes and data, developing systems, and training teams. She is also the founder and director of an early childhood education facility serving underprivileged children in the Tampa area.
MORTRICIA WHITE
Motricia brings two decades of early childhood education experience to the team. Much of her career has been focused on training, quality assurance, and outreach to at-risk populations. As a Ph.D. candidate, she is enthusiastically committed to serving the community and education programs through sound program management, staff development, and strategic partnerships. Her data analysis skills are a vital contribution to the Your1Resource team.
